Executive Board President, Noelle Weaver, MSIA, IIDA
Noelle also works as a commercial interior designer working part time for JSA Architects in Pittsburgh. She has practiced for eleven (11) years. Noelle has been serving on the IDLCPA Board since 2004, holding the Vice President position from 2005 - 2007 and serving as President of IDLCPA since 2008. Noelle also serves as VP of GRA for IIDA PA/NJ/DE Chapter. Noelle is a full-time professor at Chatham University.
Vice President, Mary Ann Mozelewski, ASID, LEED AP
Mary Ann Mozelewski, m/design, is a commercial interior designer working in Pittsburgh. She has practiced for over 28 years and has been on the IDLCPA Board since 2005, first serving as treasurer and in 2007 serving as Vice President. Mary Ann is a past president of ASID PA West and former principal of The Design Alliance.
Treasurer, Katie Nowak
Katie Nowak has been the treasurer for the IDLCPA for the past year. She has been a practicing commercial designer for the past 10 years and currently works for Bulldog Office Products in Pittsburgh, PA.
Secretary, Jennifer Winters, IIDA
Jennifer is an Associate Project Manager for Blackney Hayes Architects. She has practiced Corporate, Healthcare and Education Interior Design for 10 years.
Member At Large PA East, Rick Marencic, IIDA
Rick is a principal at Daroff Deisign Inc. and has worked at Daroff for 15 years. He has worked extensively in the gaming and hospitality industry.
Member At Large PA West, Sheri Spoharski, ASID
Sheri is a principal at The Design Alliance Architects in Pittsburgh. She has been a commercial interior designer for 17 years. In 1999-2000 Sheri was the President of the ASID PA West Chapter and is currently on the board of IDLCPA holding the positions of Member at Large, Nominating Committee Chair and Membership Co-Chair.
Member At Large PA Central, Stacy Hollinger, IIDA
Stacy is currently a commercial interior designer specializing in the long term healthcare segment and related design industries. She is employed by Reese, Lower, Patrick, and Scott Architects in Lancaster, PA and has practiced design for over 15 years.

ASID West Representative: Lauren Berger, ASID
Lauren is an interior designer working for The Design Alliance Architects in Pittsburgh. She has practiced for 4 years, and has been an IDLCPA member since 2006. She has recently joined the ASID PA West Board as Director at Large.
ASID West Representative: Timothy Holt, ASID
Timothy is a commercial interior designer with 22+ years of professional experience. He has worked as a designer, a project manager, a design-build supervisor, and currently as the Marketing Director/Designer for Pittsburgh's Haworth dealership. He is also currently an ASID board member for PA West.
ASID West Representative: Natalie Buches, Allied Member ASID, LEED AP
Natalie is a commercial interior designer working for JSA Architects in Pittsburgh. She graduated in 2007 from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh where she was the president of the ASID Student Chapter. She is currently a member of the ASID PA West chapter and serves on the Professional Development Committee.
ASID East Representative: Carol Elia, ASID
Carol Reitter Elia, ASID is Owner and Pricipal Designer of the Newtown Square based firm, C R Design. For the past two years, Carol has enjoyed being a guest speaker and CEU provider for Neocon in Chicago and Neocon East in Baltimore, MD. Currently Carol is preparing to be a guest speaker at the IFDA National Convention and Healthcare Facilities Symposium both to be held in 2009. Ms. Elia is a former Vice President of the Pennsylvania Chapter of ASID and in years prior has served on various other Board positions for this organization. She is a member of the IDLCPA and is considered one of the founding board members. Ms. Elia has been an adjunct professor in the Interior Design Department at Philadelphia University and at Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia.
ASID East Representative: Marcello Luzi, ASID, IIDA
Marcello is the Managing Principal of Weixler Peterson Luzi, a primarily residential design firm in Philadelphia, and the President of Luzi Consulting, LLC in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. He is a Past President of the ASID PA East Chapter and a national media spokesperson for ASID. Weixler Peterson Luzi's work has been published in many periodicals including Architectural Digest and Florida Design and has been showcased in at least six books and several TV shows. Luzi Consulting, LLC is a business consulting firm for interior design professionals which Marcello founded in 2004. Marcello became NCIDQ certified in 1992 and received the ASID Medalist Award in 2004, which is the highest award bestowed on the chapter level.
ASID East Representative: Cyndi Haas, ASID
Cyndi has been serving the community with her interior designs since 1989. She is past-president of the Pennsylvania East chapter of ASID. In the past year, Cyndi served as a judge for Southern Accents magazine’s National Interior Design Contest, was published twice in ASID’s ICON magazine, and is traveling to Washington, D.C. in January to act as a writer for the latest revision of the NCIDQ exam. Cyndi is passionate about design, and wants to assist with Pennsylvania’s legislative effort to educate the public regarding competent vs. incompetent interior design professionals.
IIDA Representative – Lisa Conway, IP Member IIDA
Lisa graduated from Drexel University with a degree in Interior Design. She worked for a hospitality design firm for 3 years before making the switch to interior product sales. She is now an Account Executive for InterfaceFLOR, a commercial modular carpet company and active in IIDA, Network of Executive Women in Hospitality, and the Delaware Valley Green Building Council.
IIDA Representative: Jessica Belcher, IIDA
Ms. Belcher holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Bowling Green State University. She became NCIDQ certified in 2002 and has been an IIDA member for 9 years, She is currently VP of Communications for the IIDA PA/NJ/DE Chapter and handles communications for the IIDA Pittsburgh City Center. She has served as Secretary of the IIDA Philadelphia City Center and is a member of IDLCPA. Ms. Belcher was nominated to join IDLCPA as a representative of IIDA West at Interior Design Day in Harrisburg in March of 2008. With over 8 years of experience, Ms. Belcher has a breadth of interior design and architecture experience with expertise in healthcare, educational and corporate design. She has served as an adjunct professor at Drexel University. Ms. Belcher is currently working at Renaissance 3 Architects in Pittsburgh.
Unaffiliated West: Richard King
Richard King, interior designer, has worked with commercial interiors for the past 21 years. He is also a member of the IFMA organization and teaches interior design courses at La Roche College. Richard was a past member of the IDLCPA Board.
Educator West: Lauren Musulin, Allied Member ASID, LEED-AP
Lauren is currently working as an interior designer and marketing professional at Renaissance 3 Architects in Pittsburgh, PA. She also is an instructor for the Interior Design Department at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. She recently graduated with a Masters of Interior Architecture from Chatham University. Over the past year she has served on the ASID PA West Board as the Student Representative and was also the President of Chatham University's student chapter of ASID. In the spring of 2008 she was the ASID Student Representative of the Year Award recipient. She is currently an active member of the ASID PA West chapter and serves on the PR committee and the Student Affairs committee.
Educator East: Ada Tremonte
Ada has over twenty-eight years experience in the design and construction industry with the last five years running her own consulting firm. For seventeen years prior to that, she was a partner/owner in Ai-Five Inc., a well known, reputable architectural, interiors firm. Ada has been teaching as an adjunct instructor in the Department of Design in the Antoinette Westphal College of Media, Arts and Design at Drexel University for the past five years.
Student Member West: Leann Boyd
Leann is currently a junior at Mercyhurst College majoring in Interior Design/Pre-Architecture. She is a member of the ASID student chapter and also the President-Elect.
Student Member East: Diana Dougherty
Diana Dougherty is a junior at Drexel University pursuing a degree in Interior Design with a minor in Business. She is currently interning at Burt Hill Kosar Rittelman and Associates in Center City Philadelphia and was recently deemed the Last Designer Standing in a competition held by the Association for Homes and Services for the Aging. When her life is not consumed by CAD, she enjoys photography and playing the flute.
Student Member East: Krissy Skuback
Krissy is currently a junior at Drexel University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design with a minor in Fine Arts. She hopes to have a career in commerical, healthcare, or hospitality interior design. At Drexel, she is a member of DIG (Drexel Interiors Group), and the president of Drexel's Art Annex. In April 2008, Krissy was part of a team who participated in a design charrette hosted by Architecture for Humanity, subsequently winning Drexel Research Day, in the category of Innovations in Education and Outreach.
Industry Member Central: Stephanie Adams, IIDA, LEED
Stephanie is a representative with C.H. Briggs/Du Pont Surfaces. Stephanie first practiced as an interior designer and holds a NCIDQ certificate. Stephanie is active in IIDA and has been serving on the IDLCPA board since 2005.
Past President, Carl Ballinger, IIDA, ASID
Carl is both a practitioner and educator. He owns Carl R. Ballinger Design Studio, LLC in Philadelphia and teaches interior design at Rosemount College. He is a professional member of both IIDA and ASID. Carl has been active with IDLCPA since the 1990's, primarily as its President. He is credited with restarting the organization as a state wide group in 2005.
